Join Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance and special guest teacher Joseph Lofthouse for an exciting Seed-School-In-A-Day (SSIAD) at Laughing Wolf Farm located near the Four Corners in Mancos, Colorado!
Seed-School-In-A-Day is a comprehensive overview of growing, harvesting, saving, and storing. We will cover a wide range of topics spanning the history, culture, science, business, and craft. Practical, hands-on activities are balanced with engaging lectures. Field time with seeds will provide a unique setting for learning seed saving. Seed saving beginners, agriculture professionals, educators, activists, and seed enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate in this hands-on seed saving experience.
A farm fresh seedy lunch will be served. COVID-19 guidelines and protocol will be followed.
$90 includes the seedy farm fresh lunch and all materials needed for the day.
