To further our mission of supporting regional seed growers and building community-based networks, we started a new project – Kitchen Trials. We want to find out what kind of flour you enjoy baking with and why, and then connect you with a grain grower in your region. The Kitchen Trials are in the very beginning of its efforts! It is now available to commercial and at-home bakers.
