Join us for a live 8-week online course Thursdays from 2 – 4 pm Mountain Time, starting Thursday, September 30th, 2021 and ending November 18th, 2021. Bakers, brewers, grain farmers, and seed visionaries will join us for this dynamic online adventure that will include hands-on activities (some assembly required), interactive discussions, and grainy teachings from instructors active in the fields of grains.
1. To provide gardeners, farmers and farm professionals with knowledge, skills and inspiration to identify, grow, save and use heritage and ancient grains.
2. To explore and support bioregional grain endeavors and enterprises.
3. To understand better the appropriate scale of growing ancient and heritage grains.
4. To provide the most inspiring guest presenters who have distinguished themselves by their knowledge and experience with heritage and ancient grains.
The course costs $229. Each class will be recorded and all students will be given lifetime access to the material. Please fill out the Scholarship Form to receive financial assistance.
