Join us for a live 8-week virtual course Thursdays from 2-4 pm MT, starting Thursday, September 30th, 2021 and ending November 18th, 2021. There will be an optional Milling and Baking Bonanza on Friday, November 19. Bakers, brewers, grain farmers, and seed visionaries will join us for this dynamic online adventure that will include hands-on activities (some assembly required), interactive discussions, and grainy teachings from instructors active in the fields of grains. You will learn techniques for growing and breeding these diverse grains, harvesting seeds, and recipes for cooking, as well as the history and culture of grain cultivation.
The course costs $229. Each class will be recorded and students will be given lifetime access to the material. Please fill out the Scholarship Form to receive financial assistance. RMSA is committed to offering seed saving education to everyone interested.
